The Real Madrid sports residence is a versatile space designed to meet the needs of both work and rest for the players and coaches of the First Team football and the club’s youth academy.

The design of this residence responds to the precise demands of an elite football team like Real Madrid. For the First Team, there are 60 rooms, both single and double, spread over two floors. As for the youth academy, a distinctive building has been created, with a structure of two elongated concrete prisms and a glazed strip in the center. This building, constructed with prefabricated modules, combines efficiency in construction timelines with excellence in finishes and execution quality.

As part of our involvement in this project, at Gunni & Trentino, we have supplied bathroom materials, ensuring that each space meets the highest standards of functionality, comfort, and style.
